Our policy is to always obtain "in-hand" service on all process, unless otherwise requested. We will make numerous attempts to acheive this goal, all at no extra charge.

When you call our office, you can count on speaking with our professional and courteous staff, assisting you with all your needs. We will use our many resources available to us to search for better addresses, when needed, while keeping you updated with the latest changes and status of your process being served.

We do not sub-contract our work. With a full staff of process servers, we cover the entire state of Massachusetts. All of our process servers work exclusively for Dewsnap & Associates, most having been with us for over 10 years. We have offices in both Boston and Worcester.
